You get a written estimate with photos of what we found before any work begins, and nothing proceeds until you approve it. Diagnostic time on a complex electrical or driveability fault is quoted up front.

Do I need an appointment?

An appointment is best, since it means we can set aside the bay time your repair needs. You can book online any time or call (925) 820-4060 during business hours. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and closed weekends.

What warranty do you offer on repairs?

Parts and labor are covered by a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty. If something we repaired fails within that period, bring it back.
